Safety Rules
- Castles and rides must ALWAYS be supervised by adults.
- Extra care and supervision should be taken with young children, especially those under 3 years old.
- Children older than 3 years olds should not be allowed to bounce on castles with children aged under 3 years old unless there is adult supervision.
- Any person with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted to use the castles.
- No acrobatic manoeuvres or rough play allowed.
- Bouncing is not permitted on the step or near the entrance.
- Shoes should be removed before entering the castle along with any jewellery and glasses.
- No sharp objects allowed inside the castle.
- Persons are to remain off the netting at all times. The netting should not be put in a person's mouth.
- Groups using the castle should be made up of people of similar ages (children) and sizes.
- The equipment is not to be used whilst it is being setup or taken down.
- In case of rain and/or lightning, all persons should cease using the castle and the motor should be left running.
- In case of accidental power outage to unit persons should cease using the castle and it should be checked for disconnection.
- Anyone not following the safety rules should be prevented from using the equipment immediately.
